HOW IS THE PROCESS OF WORKING TOGETHER?
1. First contact and briefing
We start with a conversation to understand your project, objectives, target audience, and scientific content. Based on this information, I propose initial ideas for the visual translation of your topic.
2. Negotiation
Based on the project scope, timeline, and working conditions, a detailed quote is prepared. Once accepted, the project begins with an initial payment of 50% of the total fee.
3. Research and concept development
I carry out in-depth research to fully understand the topic and develop an initial sketch or draft for review. This stage includes feedback and discussion, allowing for adjustments and the incorporation of additional references or materials you may wish to provide.
4. Final Illustration
The final artwork is produced using the selected techniques (watercolor, colored pencils, or digital formats, depending on the project). This phase includes final refinements to ensure accuracy and visual quality.
5. Delivery
Final files are delivered in the required formats, ready for for use. The remaining 50% of the fee is paid upon delivery.
